Northborough – Residents young and old have taken part in, and been charmed, by a recent initiative to leave positive chalk messages throughout the town as a way to lift the spirits of those who may be feeling down during the coronavirus restrictions.

As Leslee Robinson said, “While walking today I found some cheerful sidewalk art on aptly named Valentine Road. There were also some personal messages left on driveways and I thought that it was a lovely gesture of community spirit during this time of social distancing.

Our thanks to Leslee, Carol Chione, Hannah Chen, Kelly Benestad, and Neil Towler for sending in a selection of photos.
