Northborough – The 5th annual Soular Jazz Festival will be taking place Saturday, June 15, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., at First Parish Unitarian Universalist , 40 Church St., Northborough. Along with music, the event includes an electric car meet, solar energy information, healthy food, solar cooking demos and kids’ activities.
The music schedule will be the Newton South High School Combo at 11 a.m., Wolverine Jazz band at 12 p.m.; Algonquin Regional High School Jazz I at 1:15 a.m., the Gringo Kings at 2:15 p.m., Newton South Jazz Ensemble at 3:30 p.m., and Berklee professors George W. Russell Jr. and Lydia Harrell.
